Brief Facility Description
Auditorium/Gym is approximately 70 x 100 sq ft which includes a full hardwood
floor gym, full stage with 15 foot curtains, both front sides and ceiling.
Concrete bleachers for seating of about 500 people. An electronic score
board and 4 basketball hoops. The hard wood floor is set up for volleyball,
tennis and other sports. The stage is over 100 sq ft which should
accommodate most stage productions.
Cafeteria is fully equipped with a Wolli gas stove, full upright commercial
freezer and refrigerator. A hot meal serving center plus a complete
stainless steel kitchen. Ample cupboard space with counters, five
extinguisher system and a large storage room. Large steel doors open to a
hallway by the serving steam table to allow quick meals to be served and then on
to the multi purpose cafeteria room. This room is over 1200 sq ft with
tables and seating that can be folded into the walls.
There are 7 rest rooms and are wheel chair accessible.
Their are 17 rooms that were former class rooms are between 600 to 1200 sq ft.
Most have water, counters, cupboards, air conditioning, carpeted, windows, etc.
Garage is approximately 600 sq ft with roll up doors, many windows and access
from the east parking lot.
Living facilities are approximately 1800 sq ft. It has a full
kitchen/family room (@ 1600 sq ft), a library room/office, a recreation room
with pool tables, dart boards etc (@ 500 sq ft), and large bath room with
wheelchair access to the shower. The only upstairs room on the property is
the master suite which is approximately 400 sq ft with cathedral ceilings,
balcony (fire escape), large closet, etc.
Family Theater/Music room is completely set up for entertainment with a stair
cased floor, acoustic walls and ceiling. Whether you are watching a movie
or practicing with your band, the sound is going to be contained in an acoustic
environment.
Concrete sidewalks encircle most of the outside perimeter. Chain link
fence is on two sides.
